Dynamic Team building
One of my favorite things is creating a dynamic team that is focused and intentional about it's tasks. When it comes to church services, retail environments, or even business ventures, I champion the approach of continuity. From the time fiolks drive onto your parking lot until they leave, there should be a clear message communicated to them. When a team is involved in making that happen you have ownership from everyone and everyone has a vested interest. Watch the enthusiasm of your team soar and then watch how contageous it will be.
Sound Advice Training Seminar
This is a one day seminar designed for those who are new to the world of church sound or would like a refresher. Seminars are based on a workbook written by David Cherry.

AustinTech Group
Austin Tech Group was founded by David and his friend, Jeff Jones. They wanted to provide a way for technical staff and volunteers fromAustin area churches to come together for fellowship, education and support. You can find out about monthly meetings at austintech.org
TrackSide Audio Training
TrackSide Audio Training is a monthly course that digs deeper into each subject of the Sound Advice Training Seminar allowing students to have hands on experience. Classes are held on the campus of Shoreline Church, and are open to the community. Registration is available on-line. Fees apply.
